Broads Authority hosts Landscape Photographer of the Year Exhibition
The winning entries in the Landscape Photographer of the Year 2009 competition are on show at the Forum in Norwich from this weekend.
The Broads Authority has organised the ‘Take a View’ exhibition which features pictures of stunning locations captured all over the UK including a winning entry from the Broads.
From salt marshes, chalk cliffs and ancient woodland to historic villages, parklands and cityscapes, the photographs highlight the positive interaction between people and places.
The competition, now in its third year, was the idea of renowned landscape photographer Charlie Waite and was sponsored by England’s National Park Authorities as well as Natural England. The Broads is a member of the national park family.
The pictures will be on display from Saturday 29th May to 3pm on Friday 4th May. Admission is free.
