Broads Local List of heritage assets

This list identifies structures which contribute to the local character but may not meet the criteria for listed buildings.

They can be nominated by parish councils, individuals or the local authority. Owners of the asset and the parish council are consulted about potential inclusion and responses presented to local authority members who decide on inclusion.

The list is regularly reviewed and structures can be removed if they are extensively altered. More information about the list can be found on our Protected buildings page.

For ease of reference entries are broken down by river valley, which are alphabetically listed.
