Examination of the Local Plan for the Broads 2018

Full Authority, on 16 March 2018, resolved to submit the Local Plan for the Broads to the Planning Inspectorate.

Consequently, the Local Plan was sent to the Planning Inspectorate on 19 March 2018. 

The examination stage of the Local Plan has now begun. This website will be kept up to date as the examination of the Local Plan proceeds. Please check back for updates.

About the examination of the Local Plan for the Broads

Now the Local Plan has been submitted, the Planning Inspector takes the lead on its examination. We will ensure the website is kept up to date and interested parties are contacted as required by the Inspector and in accordance with the regulations that govern the production of the Local Plan.
