Terms and conditions
The prize draw is run by Broads Authority, Yare House, 62 - 64 Thorpe Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1RY.
This prize draw is open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over.
The prize draw closes at 11.59pm Sunday October 31 2023. The winner will be selected from all the participants no later than five days after the closing date and will be notified via the contact details supplied whilst completing the survey. The winner must respond to the contact and may be required to provide proof of identity including name, address, age and email address within five days in order to claim the prize.
All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner. If the winners cannot be contacted or fail to provide valid proof of identity or fails to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in these terms and conditions or otherwise fails to comply with these terms, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Broads Authority reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve.
Entries
To enter you must successfully complete either the Broads Hire Survey 2023 or the Broads Paddle Hirers Survey 2023 and opt in to the competition before 31 October 2023.
Prize
The prize is subject to availability and is a £100 One4All Physical Gift Card which can be used at a variety of retailers in the United Kingdom.
In the event that the prize cannot be supplied, no liability will attach to the Broads Authority. Entry into any competition does not give rise to any binding agreement between the parties. When prizes are supplied by third parties, Broads Authority are acting as their agent and, as such, are excluded from all liability for loss or damage you may suffer as a result of any competition.
The Promoter's decisions in all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and the Promoter reserves the right not to enter into correspondence in respect of this prize draw except with the prize winner.
The Broads Authority reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside their control or to amend or modify these prize draw entry rules or the prize at any time.
Employees of the Broads Authority, the prize provider and their immediate families and agents may not enter.
We reserve the right to reject any submission we believe to be in conflict with our promotion or not made in good faith or on other reasonable grounds or made under multiple accounts belonging to the same user. Only one entry per person is permitted. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
By entering the prize draw, all entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and the winners consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of advertising, promotion and/or publicity in connection with the prize draw.
