Biography
I moved to the area in the 1990’s to study Biology at UEA and now live in Salhouse. My professional work experience as a project manager gives me a set of skills well suited to my councillor role.
I am a keen environmentalist and campaigner, working hard to preserve Broadland’s flora and fauna, waterways and wild spaces. I am particularly concerned about how climate change could impact the Broads, and how we might adapt and mitigate for this. You’ll often find me walking or cycling around the country lanes and footpaths in Broadland, enjoying Norfolk’s wonderful landscape whilst keeping an eye on ever-encroaching housing developments. Not much can beat a cycle ride to Ranworth Broad on a summer’s evening.
