Water depths and navigation notes
Our rangers know every twist and turn of the Broads from moorings and points of interest to navigation hazards.
Their advice and tips for navigating safely sit alongside graphical representations of information from the Authority's hydrographic survey below and could be useful to all waterways users.
The survey is carried out on the lower river reaches every two years and other areas no less than every five. There are Navigation Notes which highlight hazards.
If you wish to view a specific area, use the zoom function to increase the size. All files are PDF format, all dimensions in tables are in metres and depths shown at Mean Low Water.
